In part Three of the NBA Talent Rankings, the top five Power Forward and Centers are ranked. The Power Forwards feature two early-00’s mainstays who should be calling games on TNT, not dominating them. As for the Centers, some surprise at the top. Let’s just say Dwight is NOT happy.
